Designing a young & fresh look to help future lawyers decide the next steps in their career
Lawcareers is a comprehensive, one-stop online resource created for future lawyers and those who recruit them. The site contains a number of key elements: extensive editorial content, directories & continually updates news & features. We helped Lawcareers modernize their brand by re-designing their whole website to attract a younger audience.
To ensure the new design resonated with the target audience, we conducted user testing with aspiring law students and early-career professionals. This gave us valuable insights into how the updated look and structure were perceived, and allowed us to make informed adjustments before launch.
By validating key design decisions with real users, we helped ensure the new Lawcareers site not only looked better — but worked better too.
To support a smooth handover, we translated all of our designs into a structured set of reusable frontend components. This system ensured visual consistency across the site and made it easy for Lawcareers’ internal development team to implement each element efficiently.
By focusing on flexibility and clarity, we helped bridge the gap between design and development — enabling a faster, more scalable build process.
